We are on the lookout for a Freelance Community Manager to join our growing team! If you love connecting with audiences, crafting engaging content, and staying ahead of social media trends, this is your chance to make an impact.

As a Community Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping online conversations, fostering engagement, and ensuring that our brand voice stays strong and authentic across platforms. We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and social-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Plan and execute social media and communication strategies aligned with brand goals.
✔ Manage content calendars, ensuring timely and engaging posts across platforms.
✔ Create compelling text, image, and video content for social media.
✔ Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
✔ Monitor and analyze brand sentiment, online reviews, and feedback.
✔ Organize and participate in events, activations, and community initiatives to boost engagement.
✔ Work closely with Marketing, PR, and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
✔ Develop weekly and monthly reports on performance, engagement, and optimization opportunities.
✔ Stay ahead of digital trends and social media innovations.
✔ Provide social listening insights to track brand perception and audience behavior.

✨ What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in Community Management.
✔ Strong knowledge of social media best practices, content formats, and audience engagement.
✔ Experience using analytics tools and social listening platforms.
✔ Familiarity with CMS platforms and content management.
✔ Understanding of consumer behavior and entertainment industry trends (a plus!).
✔ Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
✔ Ability to analyze conversations and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Upper Intermediate English – Comfortable communicating in both written and spoken English.
