We are actively looking for a Freelance Paid Media Manager to take charge of creating, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple clients. This role focuses on local search visibility, lead generation, and performance-driven marketing strategies.

If you’re a data-driven, results-oriented professional with expertise in Google Ads, GBP (Google Business Profile), and GLS (Google Local Services Ads)—this is your opportunity to make an impact!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads Management – Strategize, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to exceed client goals.
GBP & GLS Optimization – Ensure Google Business Profiles and Google Local Services Ads are fully optimized for maximum lead generation.
Campaign Strategy – Develop tailored paid media strategies for service-based businesses, enhancing local search visibility.
Performance Monitoring – Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
Budget Optimization – Efficiently manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
Competitor Research – Identify opportunities through competitor analysis and industry trends.
Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with SEO, content, and account management teams to align strategies and enhance overall campaign performance.
Email Marketing & Growth Strategies (Bonus!) – Understanding email marketing tactics and implementing growth strategies (leveraging A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user retention techniques) is a strong plus.

✨ What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, specifically in Google Ads and GBP/GLS.
✔ Proven track record of success targeting the American market.
✔ Expertise in Google Ads – Keyword strategy, audience segmentation, bidding optimization.
✔ Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
✔ Exceptional organizational skills – Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Fluency in English – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Results-driven mindset with a focus on lead generation and ROI.

🚀 Preferred Qualifications:

✔ Experience managing Google Local Services Ads (highly desirable).
✔ Familiarity with the home services industry and local lead generation strategies.
✔ Background in email marketing and experience with growth strategies such as:

  • A/B testing to optimize ad performance.

  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO) to maximize leads.

  • User engagement & retention techniques to improve long-term campaign success.
